Aura creates either a diluted or darker mist like marking affecting the base coat colour, meaning any markings lie over this area would also need to be diluted.
This will appear like 'cloudy' like markings which lie on the body.
There are a couple ways which you can do this marking which you can select out of the marking styles listed below.

Colouration and interactions with other markings:
You can pick either lighter and/or darker. With this marking style, you can only choose to do lighter or darker, never both.
You do not need Dual Tone or reversal to have 2 shades of colours.
Dual Tone and Reversal can not give you more than 2 shades of colours.
You can also use your two shades to apply a gradient without Dual Tone being present.
Spectral can only become your second choice of colour and be used as a gradient into the marking. It can not affect the marking by itself.
These mist markings must be fully blended or blurred at the edges.

Like the marking suggests, this will imitate like the markings which you can find on Damascus steel and appears primarily on the legs and rarely on the main body. However that does not mean it does not appear on this area of the body.

Xiangyun Marking Style
Texture:

Colouration and interactions with other markings:
This creates the cloud like markings which are like the chinese style clouds.
These can be lighter or darker than the base colour or the layer which it lies upon.
