These are just some potential reasons as to why an admin might decline or request that you make some changes which we advise you to keep an eye out for. This might just be an extra guide for you to keep in mind when designing your imports.
Imports getting declined immediately, without being checked over:
- You have put through a design to be checked by admins but have not followed any of the pup's genetics design guides.
- An admin can clearly see an immediate change that needs doing before checking any further (they can still check the design over, but they have the right to request changes if its significant enough to see something is wrong without checking the import in depth.)
- You are using the worng import builds for the pup genetics.
imports being put on hold:
- They might notice something is wrong with your pup's genetics and passing it onto the necessary people to handle this before checking over your import over.
- Once the correction has been made, an admin should get back to check your design as soon as possible.
- If you have not heard back from them after 7 days of being told the import is on hold, you have every right to send them a message or go into our discord and politely ask a design admin to check this over.
- An admin needs someone more higher up the admin team to assist them with the design.
- Be aware that an admin can and will ask you for your file to see your marking layering if needs be. So always save the file.
- Admins might notice something wrong with the pups genetics which only Zyruinova can deal with. Be aware that an admin shoud tell you if this is the case and Zyruinova should be dealing with your import from then on.
Imports being passed on:
- This should only happen if an apprentice admin or another admin are stuck with a design and need to check with someone higher up to confirm some information. Please do not worry if an admin says they need to pass your import onto another admin. Every design admin has the right to pass a design on if they feel uncertain what they are telling you might be correct.
- The admin should state your import is being passed on, then when it has been checked over by a senior admin, they will have a choice of taking over and checking your import completely OR telling the one who asked for help what they should comment.
Imports requested to be changed
- Markings have gone out of their given marking ranges.
- Using the wrong values for your colours
- Your design might look too similar to another marking which your pup does not have
- If you are using Genetics coding, you must state it to the design admin on first submission and what marking you are wanting to add or remove.
